Everything from fashion magazines to pseudo-science articles about “the best place to store fat” tell us that our body shapes are wrong, wrong, wrong.
But in reality, there’s nothing wrong with your body shape. It’s your body. It’s your body shape.
So, this week, relish the body you have. Take note of comparing your body to others’ bodies and of criticizing your body based on what “should be.” Don’t worry about your body shape.
Be gentle with yourself as you embrace this concept, and be conscious of the negative voices that will likely come up.
