You know all about mid-afternoon fatigue. And late morning fatigue. And early evening fatigue. In other words, you know about going through your day tired.
But most of the time, how do you deal with it? Specifically, when you want to take a break, do you stop yourself? Or do you only let yourself take certain breaks, like coffee or snack breaks.
This week, explore Real Breaks by shirking your usual break time rules and taking advantage of your real power to relax, de-stress and reenergize. Come up with at least three Alternative Break Ideas and try them out this week. They can be anything from taking a lap around the office to having a mini dance party to visualizing your favorite vacation spot with your eyes closed. Just make sure to try them out this week instead of the usual coffee and snack.
