Tips

As the new Nutrition Expert at More of Me to Love, I wanted to start you off with a tip that is a cornerstone of the Health at Every Size methodology that I believe in: learning to identify what we’re really hungry for.

This week, whenever you find yourself in front of an open refrigerator or pantry, ask yourself the question - aloud at first - “What am I hungry for?”

Try to identify if it’s really food you want or something else entirely.

To learn more about how to execute this tip successfully, check out my first installment in the Feed Your Life blog.
