- Do some gardening and appreciate and enjoy your efforts once you have finished.
- Clean your home. You will feel more at peace and less cluttered when you sit down and rest.
- Hopscotch. Seriously, when was the last time you played Hopscotch? (If you are going to say just last week, I commend you.)
- Walk around the neighborhood. You don’t have to walk fast with head down. Just meander!
