If our world was not in continual motion, what or where would we be? If the earth was not moving, do you think we would exist in the same way? I don’t. I think movement is an essential part of life, and moving forward can be a function of trying new things.
This week, I want you to try something new.
It doesn’t have to be something immense - just something that you may not have done, or done regularly, before. It could be walking down a new road or trying a new food.
There are so many different fruits and vegetables that sometimes I wonder how I’ll have time to enjoy them all and which ones I’m missing. You might like the idea of trying a different body movement that you have not done before, e.g., a different fitness class, core strength work, meditation, etc. Maybe you just want to try a new author or genre of book.
Meditation is something that I’d like to try one day. I think it would be wonderful to teach my mind and body how to slow down and have a more calm and controlled lifestyle. I will keep you updated if I do.
Read Fitness For All and let me share with you my very own new venture.
