When you sit, especially at work, it’s essential to sit up straight.

What does that mean:
~ Back straight - a little curve inward is ok, but don’t bend your back so that your chest sticks out oddly
~ Shoulders back and down - roll your shoulders forward, up, back, and down to find exactly where you can comfortably keep them
~ Head looking straight forward - neck straight
