Whoever says, “Mind over matter,” doesn’t have very much of the latter. These weekly tips will help you learn to love your body just the way it is. Be prepared to get personal - with yourself that is! - and to start thinking positively. If you haven’t heard the truth in the last ten minutes, let me remind you that you’re beautiful just the way you are.

Tips

Never eat after 7PM!  Drink 8 glasses of water a day!  Don’t eat carbs!  Don’t eat fat!  Don’t eat!

Do any of these admonishments sound familiar?  Even if you’ve stopped dieting and started listening to your body, those old diet rules can creep into your consciousness and cause lots of fear and guilt about food.

Breaking away from dieting rules is an important part of being able to really hear what our bodies are telling us when it comes to food. 

This week, write down all of your old dieting rules (the more conflicting the better!), and then intentionally let go of the rules that no longer serve you.
