When we get home after a long day, sometimes we just want to take off our shoes or boots and let our feet breathe. This week, stretch out your feet and ankles a little bit. While sitting or standing, lift a foot up off the floor and write the alphabet with your ankle and toes. For a little extra stretch and exercise: as you write the alphabet, make an extra effort to pick up your toes as if you were writing with a pen. Then, try it on the other ankle.
Your feet love you so don’t forget to love them back!
