Tips

This week, make sure that you are wearing the right type of clothing while doing your Body Movement!

Head: If you are out in the sun, be sure to wear a breathable cap that will keep your head cool and the sun off your face.  You may also like to wear sunglasses to protect your eyes if you are outdoors.

Upper Body: Go for breathable sports tops that have been designed to help with extreme perspiration or 100% cotton t-shirts. Ladies - make sure you are fitted for a good sports bra!

Lower Body: Look for cotton or cotton/spandex blend pants with good elastic support around the waist or a comfortable and firm drawstring. You may be able to purchase breathable fitness pants designed for extreme perspiration.

Feet: I highly recommend going to a sporting goods store to be fitted for a fitness shoe that will be supportive and comfy for your foot and the fitness activity you would be doing.
