This might seem a bit vague and challenging - something easily dismissed as it’s less ‘actionable’ then many of my tips - but when you take the time to think about these things, you may recognize what you’re most hungry for in life.

Start to enhance this mind-spirit-body connection by understanding your sense of life’s meaning and what you truly appreciate and value in this life.
