Letting the children in your life carve the path to your health
Children are bundles of enarji, and this is where we as adults can learn a lot from our children. Children, have this urge to be continually moving, on the go, doing something. Have you noticed as we get older our enarji appears to dissipate - and sometimes quite rapidly?
This week, when you are in need of a pick-me-up, spend some time with the children in your life. It may be your niece, nephew, young cousin, neighbors’ children (ask first), or for those who have them, your own.
You can’t but help get involved in all of their activities and not have a huge smile on your face at the same time. You can also create the activities for everybody to enjoy. Before heading out why not jump on the internet to search for kids’ games. There are literally thousands to choose from!
I can just about guarantee you will walk away feeling more enarjised, loved and lived after playing with the children in your life.
Read Fitness For All this week to hear about what we can learn from children when it comes to movement and exercise.
