This week, make a list of 3 strengths that you have. Write them down.
If you have trouble or are a little modest, try to think like your friends, coworkers or boss. What do you do well? What’s great about you?
Then use those strengths when you find that there’s a change in your life you want to make or a goal you want to accomplish. Rather than focus on the difficulty of making that change or achieving that goal, lean on your strengths and brainstorm how those very strengths can lead you towards success.
Put your list up somewhere around you, like at your desk, on the fridge or by the bathroom mirror and let it remind you that this is only the beginning of the list of great things about you that can help you achieve your desires.
