As school gets back in full swing, after school activities take off, local community activities gear up, work projects are put back underway and so much more it becomes increasingly difficult to take care of our nourishment needs. We grab food when and where we can without much regard for what our bodies are asking us to give them.
In order to ensure that at least one meal a week is home-cooked, nourishing, and caters to the foods of the season, make a commitment and put it on the schedule. Write either “Family Meal,” or “Home-cooked Meal” and stick to it - you won’t regret it!
