It ain’t easy being a fat positive person. You are constantly bucking the system that tells you that it’s bad to be fat and dieting is the only answer.
Ugh, I know.
Sometimes, you may even experience fat positive fatigue, or not stand up for yourself or others in situations where you wish you had. The more you can be kind to yourself in these instances, the more you can learn from them and be more prepared to be a fat advocate the next time. This week, forgive yourself for any time you weren’t the fat positive advocate you consider yourself to be.
