This week, take a moment, at least 3 times a day, to check in with yourself and ask yourself how you’re feeling.

Happy? Sad? Angry? Annoyed? Grateful? What?

Don’t judge your emotions: just acknowledge them. Consider writing them down for review, and see how you feel at the end of the week.
