Do you have a problem that you identify with? For many readers here, you may be overly focused on what you perceive as a “weight problem.”
This week, remember that you’re not a problem (or problems) to be fixed. Identify what you think of as your biggest problem. It could be your weight, or money issues, or a relationship.
Just for this week, try living your life as if you did not have that problem, or as if the problem is already fixed. In other words, let go of worrying over solutions this week, and see how you feel.
