Sometimes it is not us that needs the motivation to get moving; it’s the people we love and care about, but we are not sure how to help them start moving their bodies for good health without offending them.
I have some surefire ways to help you help them get started!
- When in the company of your friends and the person you want to help, let the entire group know how much you enjoy your fitness sessions, so you are not directing anything towards them.
- Ask your friend (or family member) to help you with some moving body tasks, so they can see how much you love it and good you feel.
- When in the company of your friend, always show you have loads of energy, but do not say anything.
Actions speak louder than words. Words can offend people, however, if people see you going about your daily movements and can see you have so much energy and happiness, they will start to develop an interest in how you are getting your energy!
