Tips

Just in time for the holiday season, we’ve got a great treat for you to try: muffins and pancakes that are made with whole grains, flax, hemp, and chia seeds?!

Those ingredients may not immediately sound like everyone’s idea of a delightful morning treat, but I assure that when you do try them and recognize all of the benefits these baked goods have to offer during the Holiday Season, you’ll want to make them for yourself, your friends, and your family.

This week, try baking with some of the many great ingredients I’ll discuss this week rather than with whatever you may be used to. Experiment a little to get ready for the holidays.

Get the recipes and learn what makes these baked goods so great at Feed Your Life.
