Busy lives lead to busy bodies
Most of us, if not all of us, lead very busy lives. Sometimes it can be quite easy just to say, I’m going to give fitness a miss today because it is, for instance, my birthday.
Start incorporating fitness into your special occasions. If it is your birthday, wedding anniversary, work promotion, holiday, etc, reward your body for achieving yet another milestone or occasion by giving it what it wants: movement. Your body will appreciate that you kept it moving, and this will help you feel on top of the world. Think of it as giving your body a present.
Our bodies are an amazing piece of equipment, and they were built to move and enjoy what mother earth has to offer us. So this week, think of a special occasion that is coming up in your calendar and endeavour to reward your body with enjoyable movement of your choice to kick start that great day.
Read Fitness For All this week, and I can let you in on a little secret on what a Fitness Health Coach does for her special occasions

Thus, she created enarji, a personal training practice steeped in the Health at Every Size approach and attitude. To learn more about Sue, click here.
