Being a beginner can be really scary. Whether you’re taking a pottery class or wearing a new style, it’s easy to feel lost, confused, and sort of embarrassed when you’re new at something.
But being a beginner is way more powerful than you think. When you’re new at something, you’re open to the possibilities. And the kinder you are to yourself, the more your mind can open up and learn.
This week, do something for the first time. Be a beginner. Feel the power of trying something new. Reflect on that feeling.
