How often do you make food decisions based upon what you "should" have rather than what you want to have?
So this week, experiment with eating what you like and giving yourself what you want. Just make sure to really savor and taste your food and affirm for yourself that you can have what you want.
If you have a particularly strong block against giving yourself what you want due to guilt or other reasons, grant yourself a bit of forgiveness this week to try out this tip.
