Starting the day right is something everybody wants to do. Fortunately, there are great ways to do that, even when we think we haven’t, say, “woken up on the right side of the bed.”

Research tells us that stretching can help us leave the house feeling good and energized. Plus, stretching helps us avoid other aches and pains throughout the day.

This week, make sure to do some special stretches every morning when you wake up. I promise it will leave you feeling good and ready to tackle the day.

Here are the stretches we’re going to try:
~ Arm Circles
~ Trunk Rotations
~ High Knees
