The extender is perfect. My husband is living with Parkinson’s Disease, and he couldn’t buckle his seat belt.  With the extender, the buckle is up front where he can deal with it. It gives him a bit more autonomy, and that is a help.  Now instead of fuming with frustration about needing help buckling up, he just clicks it himself and smiles.
