Do you like to move it move it?
If the answer is “No,” we definitely don’t blame you. There are numerous impediments to fitting in fitness on a regular basis, not least of which includes overcoming years of negative associations with the idea of exercise, feelings of shame at gyms, and knowing what to actually do when you decide to move it move it.

But beyond these basics there are other impediments to moving joyfully and with ease as a plus-sized person, a few of which we’d like to address and hopefully resolve.
Comfy Clothing

In the Privacy of Your Home
Another common fear, as I mentioned above, is that it’s hard to enjoy fitness when it feels like people are looking at you funny. Much as we believe that it’s your right to be out and about however you please and at any size you are - and it is! - it’s still important to feel comfortable. Thus, if you want to enjoy fitness at home for a while, it should certainly be your prerogative.
One way to get comfortable moving your body in your own home is to use DVDs to guide you that are made just for people with plus-sized bodies.
