Shipping

What is your Shipping Policy?

When I go to checkout, the only option I’m given for shipping is Ground or Free, but I selected a Shipping Upgrade. What’s going on?

We’re sorry for any confusion with our shipping upgrade options. The reason this is happening is because we are currently unable to offer shipping upgrades on all of our products, so we offer those upgrades on the product pages of the items that we can ship faster. When you select a shipping upgrade for your item that shipping upgrade becomes attached to the item. At checkout you should still select Ground or Free Shipping (you should always select Free Shipping if given the option!), but the item(s) that have the shipping upgrade selected for them will still be shipped by your requested expedited method. One way to determine whether or not your shipping upgrade will be applied is by noting the price of the item. For instance, if the item is $27.95 and you selected a $1.99 Priority Shipping Upgrade, your cart’s subtotal should be $29.94.

I’m being give two options for shipping: Ground or Free. Which should I select?

Free! I certainly would select free shipping if given the option. The only time you shouldn’t select Free Shipping is if you’re shipping to an international location and presented with the option. However, as long as it’s within the U.S. and you’re told Free Shipping, pick it! Free Shipping will not cancel any upgraded shipping options you selected so don’t worry.

Returns

I need to return a product. How can I do it?

Please note that you must ship with USPS because the return address is a P.O. Box. If you are unable to get to a United States Post Office, you may schedule a free carrier pickup for your package on the USPS website .

What is your Return Policy?

We endeavor to make returns as hassle free as possible. Most items can be returned for your money back minus up to a 20% restocking fee for anything that is missing or damaged from the original packaging as determined by More of Me to Love. If the product is irreparably damaged a larger fee may be charged or the item may be denied return and sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. However, that would be an unfortunate situation, and we do everything we can to avoid it. We are intent on providing the best customer service and hope to never assess such fees so please only return items in a well-intentioned, good-hearted manner. We will evaluate their condition in the same way.

Bathroom or personal hygiene products, due to sanitary restrictions, may not be returned for any reason. Items which are specialty orders or configurable (e.g. power chairs or custom furniture) cannot be returned outside of immediately noted manufacturer’s defects or damage during shipping (and are not available for exchange). Please Contact Us within 24 hours of your order’s delivery if there are any problems.

Protecting you and your personal information is a top priority. We make every effort to make your shopping experience at More of Me to Love as secure as possible. We are secured realtime by GeoTrust, and we are also a Verified Merchant of Authorize.net, Paypal and Merchant Warehouse. We do not store your credit card information in the purchasing process.

Yes, we have an SSL certificate. Simply type https:// at the front of any url and that page will display that way (though the page is secured without the “s” after http).
