


At More of Me to Love, shipping within the United States is always free. That’s right: FREE. We know it stinks to pay shipping, and we don’t want you to have to do it. That’s why we’ll always pay shipping on anything we send you.
When we ship something free, we may use whatever shipping method we choose, but don’t worry - we’re not into carrier pigeons (innovative as they were), and in most cases we will use First Class USPS mail (a.k.a. the regular mail). However, we understand that you may want your order faster, which is why we offer a variety of upgraded shipping services. Please see Expedited Shipping below.

Live outside the U.S.? We offer free shipping on select products to Canada, Australia and throughout the European Union so see the International Shipping section below to learn more!
For domestic shipping (i.e. internal to the United States), we offer faster shipping options with either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex. Our system automatically calculates the rate of shipping that those companies charge based on the weight of your order, and we do not mark shipping charges up with a handling fee. What’s the point of giving free shipping on every order if we’re going to charge handling fees on faster shipping?
To view your expedited shipping options, add items to your shopping cart, view your cart, and enter your zip code into the Calculate Shipping box at the bottom of the Shopping Cart screen. Your shipping options will then be presented. If you don’t want upgraded shipping, just select “Free Shipping.”
Please place orders by 3 p.m. EST to ensure same day ship out for the fastest options (e.g. USPS Express, Fedex 2 Day, Fedex Overnight). If it’s after 3 p.m. and you require a guaranteed delivery service, please call 888.666.8529. Please note that expedited services with private carriers like Fedex and UPS calculate all shipping times based on business days, so please incorporate that into your shipping needs when deciding which service to use. Again, call us with any last minute questions so that we can get you what you need when you need it.
Almost all products have a “Shipping Details” information section under “Additional Information” towards the bottom of a product page. We may say one of the following things:

This means exactly what it says - hooray! We will get your order processed and shipped within 1 business day. Isn’t that amazing?
This item can take 1-2 weeks to process and ship. This time frame applies no matter the shipping option.
If it says this, it’s not guaranteed that this processing time will be required, but it is possible.
This product is customizable and made to order. It can take 3-4 weeks to assemble and process. This time frame applies no matter the shipping option.
Some items are specialty items that are either incredibly heavy, incredibly large or specially made; these items may require additional handling times. We can ship with expedited services as selected at checkout but these services will not be applied until the shipping process is reached and will not expedite the manufacturing and processing time. If you truly require an item by a certain date, please call our customer service team at 888.666.8529.
For certain products, like Power Chairs and Scooters, we may offer a shipping option like White Glove Set-up. This is because some items can be so large and heavy that having them dropped on your front stoop may not be enough for you. If you would like the item brought into your home, unpacked and, if appropriate, assembled, consider selecting the option for White Glove Set-up. Please note that many products include white glove set-up already, at no additional charge.
We believe that it is everyone’s responsibility to protect our environment and the resources it offers us. As a result, all of our packing peanuts are recycled and recyclable. In addition, you may find that certain items, particularly larger ones, are shipped with materials that we have recycled. We appreciate your understanding of these practices, and ask that you join us in the reuse of shipping materials and supplies.
Should you need to return your order, please try to do so in the box that it arrived in, pending the box is in an acceptable condition to make it through the mail again. This will not only save you money, but it will protect the environment by reusing valuable resources. Please ensure that you dispose of all packaging materials safely, and reuse whatever you can for other purposes. Together, we can make a difference.
While we are delighted to pay for all of the shipping that gets orders and items to you, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You can use any mail carrier you wish to return your unwanted items back to us, but we regret that we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us; though it’s generally not necessary, if you are worried, please use certified mail or get insurance.

No upgraded shipping costs can be refunded for any reason, unless, according to the carrier and tracking information, the item did not arrive on time.
We work really hard to turn around all exchanges and returns in 24-48 hours from when we get them, but please be mindful of the fact that we do not control transit times between your hands and ours.
Exchanges will always be sent with the United States Postal Service, regardless of the method of shipping selected for the original order; if you require your exchange faster or have a problem with USPS please inform us before we process your exchange so that we can invoice you for the appropriate shipping charges. We cannot be responsible if the original order was placed with a private carrier but the exchange ships with USPS.
If you are an international customer returning an order to us for exchange, please see below under “International Shipping” before sending your order back to us.
We ship in two ways. The first and most common method is by shipping items directly from us to you right from our warehouse. We take pride in the amazing job we do shipping your orders, and so we love to handle as much as possible ourselves.
That said, the second method we use is called drop-shipping. That means that the product ships directly from the manufacturer; this is necessary for many larger and custom items because the expense and trouble of storing them and getting them from the manufacturer to us and then from us to you would make the items too expensive. Thus, drop-shipping is something we have to do for some items to keep our costs - and your ticket price - down. Please know that many retailers subscribe to this practice and it is very common in online retail.
We reserve the right to drop-ship any item, and these items can say “in stock” on their product pages. If we find any problem getting an item from the manufacturer to you, particularly within the shipping time you selected, we will notify you right away. That said, our goal is to fulfill over 99.99% of all orders placed - a goal we have always met - and to get your order to you faster than you expect it.
We do not use signature confirmation on expedited orders because we would hate for you not to be able to get your order in a time crunch. As a result, we rely on the tracking information provided by our carriers to determine if your order has arrived. By shopping on our site, we all consent to tracking information as acceptable confirmation of an order’s arrival and delivery time and date.
Our goal is to get you your order faster than you expect it; most items ship within one business day and arrive within 3-4 business days. Many orders arrive even faster. That said, orders can take 6-10 business days unless otherwise specified on a product’s page. Many larger items and custom items take longer to ship. In cases where more than 10 business days are necessary for shipping, that will be specified in Shipping Details. If a delay occurs that we did not anticipate then we will contact you as soon as we are aware of it. Though we will never leave you without either your order or your money, refunds cannot be given on undelivered orders before 30 days from the shipping date have passed (we have to say this for liability reasons, but these are not regular issues so please don’t worry!).
Though USPS generally delivers on Saturday, shipping and delivery may not occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, especially by private carriers. On major holidays or days “observed” by shipping carriers, shipping may be delayed. When using an expedited shipping service, please be aware of the time and date you are ordering in order to best calculate the shipping option you need. When in doubt, call us at 888.666.8529, as our customer service agents are well aware of shipping nuances and are adept at figuring out how to get you what you need when you need it.
We may ship items separately if some items can be shipped faster than other items, but we may also wait to ship items together. Again, it’s our goal to get you your entire order faster than you expected, so please count on that as being the norm.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you and, if applicable, of a tracking number and carrier. The only way you will be able to look this information up on our site after your order is if you register at checkout rather than check out as a guest. Registering at checkout will also make future ordering easier and faster, so we recommend it. You can always take that tracking number to the carrier’s website and check the status of your order.
Please note that tracking information is not available on all orders, including certain very small items and most international orders that don’t use an expedited shipping option.
We love our international customers, and we do everything we can to make sure that you get your orders as quickly as possible. That’s why we have set up two international shipping centers, one based in the European Union and the other based in Australia. While we do not stock everything in these locations, we do stock a selection of our most popular products in Europe and Australia, all of which we ship to you for free and very rapidly.
In order to get free shipping on these products, you should purchase the product that is listed in the category for the respective shipping center (see the flags in the top right corner of our store). If you purchase the same product from our regular store’s product listing page, then you will not be offered free shipping. Instead, you will be presented with shipping charges according to the table below.
All prices in our international shipping sections are listed in dollars. You may notice that the prices of some products are a few dollars more than the product as listed in our US product listing. The reason for this is taxes such as VAT and GST which are required to be listed in the product price internationally, unlike in the US, where tax is added afterwards.
Regardless of whether you purchase the product from one of our international shipping centers, you will be presented at checkout with shipping options that include many expedited options. If you select Free Shipping, you will be subject to the times listed in the respective sections below, and if you select any of the other shipping times, then we will ship your order at the requested speed, but please note that times and costs are skewed by our operational base being on the East Coast of the United States and expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded after the item has shipped.

We ship the items from our Australia Shipping Center for FREE throughout Australia.
Shipping generally takes 3-4 days, though it may take a bit longer.
Most larger items, like Seat Belt Extenders and HandyBars, receive a tracking number. Smaller items, like Loopos and Seat Belt Grabber Handles, will not come with tracking.

We ship a variety of items for free to Canada, all of which can be found in our Ships Free to Canada Section. This is a selection of our most popular products that have proven valuable to our Canadian customers and which we hated charging them Shipping & Handling to send - so we stopped! However, not everything can ship free to Canada, so please see the chart below for the shipping rates charged on other products.
We do need to note one awkward thing. If you live in Canada, you will be presented with the option of having your order shipped with Fedex Ground. Unfortunately, Fedex Ground is not a service that reaches Canada, and we are unable to remove this option without deactivating Fedex Ground for our U.S. customers. If you select Fedex Ground and you are shipping to a Canadian address, your order will be shipped with USPS Priority mail if you paid for the option and USPS First Class mail if there was no charge offered for Fedex Ground. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are also sorry that we cannot ship exchanges for free to Canada; in the event of an exchange, we will contact you about shipping options and costs.

If you do purchase an item that is sent internationally, we are unable to issue any refunds on international shipping charges.
Time in transit for international orders is unpredictable unless you specifically select and pay for a guaranteed expedited shipping service. On average, expect your order to take 14-21 days, though shipping times could take more or less time than that. Many time delays in international shipping are due to the customs offices of the buyer’s country. We cannot be held responsible for these delays, and we cannot speculate about whether or not you will be charged import taxes on your order; that is a factor that varies country to country, and all import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These are just some of the reasons we have set up shipping centers in Europe and Australia: to avoid these charges and shipping delays.
We regret that we can only make exchanges on international purchases if payment for reshipping is supplied. This exchange shipping charge for international orders can be done through a Paypal Invoice or by credit card. We will contact you once we receive your order back about the options available.
