Returning products can be a messy hassle, but here at More of Me to Love, customer service is our number one priority. Thus, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. We don’t want you to be unhappy with anything you get from us, and so we’ll do everything in our power to make sure that your products are the right ones for you.
The best way to avoid needing to return a product is to learn more about that product. Before buying anything, please make sure to read all of the product information and look at all of the accompanying pictures. Also, make sure that you understand the type of product it is so that you can be sure of the product’s specific return details (i.e. personal hygiene, custom order, etc.). Standard items can be returned for your money back minus up to a 20% restocking fee for anything that is missing or damaged from the original packaging as determined by More of Me to Love. If the product is damaged a larger fee may be charged or the item may be denied return and sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. We are intent on providing the best customer service and hope to never assess such fees so please only return items in a well-intentioned, good-hearted manner. We will evaluate their condition in the same way.
Bathroom or personal hygiene products, due to sanitary restrictions, may not be returned for any reason.
Items which are specialty orders or configurable (e.g. power chairs) cannot be returned outside of immediately noted manufacturer’s defects or damage during shipping (and may only be available for exchange). Please Contact Us within 24 hours of your order’s delivery if there are any problems. Outside of that, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on speciality order items.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, and money will only be returned after an assessment of the item and confirmation that everything necessary is present and that no damage has been caused to the item. The purchaser has 14 days from when the package arrives to return the item (postmarked by that date). In the event of an exchange, More of Me to Love will pay the shipping charges to send out a new product, but if the item was intended for return and the purchaser would prefer to have the item returned to him or her rather than incur the assessed charges and restocking fee, return charges will become the responsibility of the purchaser.
If the item is for exchange, More of Me to Love will pay the shipping charges to send out a new product to the purchaser on domestic orders. Exchanges will always be sent with the United States Postal Service, regardless of the method of shipping selected for the original order; if you require your exchange faster or have a problem with USPS please inform us before we process your exchange so that we can invoice you for the appropriate shipping charges. If you are an international customer with an order for exchange, please include a check with the appropriate shipping charges as based on the chart of our Shipping Policy page.
Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. In addition, because we cannot offer upgraded shipping on every product, but do like to make faster shipping available when possible, certain products come with Options that allow the voluntary selection of upgraded shipping, whether overnight or 2-3 day. If you choose these options but need to return your product for any reason, we regret that these optional shipping upgrade charges are nonrefundable. Though they may not appear with your regular Shipping & HandlIng charges, they will be added to them and deducted should your order need refunding.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the resolution of the return.
