Her website is packed with fun and useful information to help exercisers of all shapes and sizes get started with and stick to exercising.

    This is the private practice of registered dietitian Deborah Kauffmann, RD, LDN, who has been providing nutrition counseling for disordered eating utilizing an intuitive, Health At Every SizeĀ® approach since 1990.

    Club Round is a clubhouse for Round People located in Loves Park, IL. At Club Round people of all sizes and ages come together for fun, support, and movement. Club Round Clubhouse offers activities for plus-size adults, teens, and children. This is a size friendly group of people who believe that body size should be accepted and appreciated.
