I was on diets extreme as a raw food diet, to South Beach, to Atkins, Carbohydrate Addict, and many more. Just regular Low carb was the most recent. I am now confident that I will never diet AGAIN. I focus on what is healthy, whole, and tastes good. I’m learning to love me the way I am. I’m at the beginning of this journey, but I figure I’ve spent 18 years off and on dieting, I can take all the time in the world for this stage of my life.
