May 6th is International No Diet Day. Begun in 1992, International No Diet Day has been celebrated around the world ever since. As this effort to call attention to the harmful effects of dieting grows larger, so does the happiness of those people who have given up dieting in lieu of a better life of eating healthfully and loving their bodies the way they are.
