Just passed a milestone birthday and finally got around to the realization that I’d been standing on tiptoe for some far off goal of body perfection, which, once reached, would result in my living happily ever after with no problems, worries, or needs.

DUH!

Just getting around to the realization that I deserve peace, happiness, and joy and I don’t have to apologize for who I am. Its a rough road, but for the first time I actually feel like its a road I WANT to be on and I’m not chained to an oar with someone beating the UNACCEPTABLE UNACCEPTABLE UNACCEPTABLE drum behind me.
