Well everybody, this is my last blog for the year and what a year it has been!
The Year That Was
What was memorable for you in 2011? Did you learn and/or experience new things?
How are you going to celebrate the during the Holiday Season? Where will you be, who will you be with? This is a time for joy and happiness, though we all know that’s not always the case. Think of the people who are less off than you and how lucky you are not to be in that situation. Help somebody in need at this time of the year - you will find it is the best gift you could ever give.
What did you learn from all of my fitness blogs and what did you learn from all the other MOMTL bloggers? Have you implemented any of the tips we’ve shared?
What made you feel good over the year? Were there people that you met that made you feel good? What places did you go to that you enjoyed, which ones would you go back to?
I have most certainly had a very fulfilling year as a MOMTL Fitness Blogger. It has given me an opportunity to write about my passions and to empathize with everybody about how to find enjoyable movement. I had the opportunity to share my thoughts with you all about what I believe in, and I hope that you may have gotten something out at least one blog.
The Year Ahead
Where will we be, what will we be doing, who will we meet? How exciting to know that there are so many new things to experience! I have already a few goals in mind that I want to conquer in 2012, and I sincerely hope you do to. If you do have goals, write them down! They are more likely to come to fruition that way.
What will I write about next year? I don’t know, but I do know that there are great things in store, and they will give me the inspiration to write more blog posts for you.
I leave you with one of my favorite poems:
Yesterday is History
Tomorrow is a Surprise
Today is a gift that is why we call it the Present
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyBODY!
