If you’re constantly asking yourself why shoe companies aren’t making footwear for your feet, then search no longer. In these videos I’ll introduce you to three - count ‘em: three! - shoe companies that are finally paying attention to us ladies with bigger feet. Though I’m featuring summer shoes here, don’t fret. Each of these companies has the footwear you’re looking for in every season. If you get something, please make sure to comment at the bottom and let me know what you got and how you like it. Feel free to attach pictures in this forum.

And now, enjoy the show!

Great videos, Kim. Though I’m not looking for women’s shoes, I’m constantly alerted to the problem of finding shoes that fit bigger feet comfortably. Can’t wait to see your next videos!

  • Agreed! Great videos. I have had such a devil of a time finding shoes that fit my wide feet. Now I know where to look.

kim, just catching up on my More of Me Love reading and found you here.  How funny as I found your book cover/ “Fat is Contagious” essay a few weeks ago.  Well I am impressed by your video’s production.  Wish I could do as good a job on my IMOVIE as you do with your videos.

Footwear has always been a challenge for me.  Between my width, and my foot’s “chub” in addition to being very short 9 1/2 10 I am always jury rigging to find a comfortable fit. I even had shoes made for me once and they were so ugly I couldn’t wear them.  They looked like giant baby shoes.  I am pretty much limited to New Balance black sneakers.  I’d love me some stylish footwear, however, I have yet to find anything that works other than the New Balance sneakers.  Nice to see my Fat sisters have options.  Maybe I will too someday.

    Cheers!!

    Ivan
