I don’t see much difference between different types of art regarding inspiration and creativity. That’s why I think that writing about art in a fashion blog is just one more way to get creative and inspired.

I love the pin-up’s aesthetics. They are feminine, bold and seductive. There’s one in particular that I really love - Hilda, the plus sized pin-up created by Duane Bryers.

She’s sexy, fashionable and active. Hilda is portrayed in daily life activities usually wearing provocative clothes or bikinis. She seems very confident and relaxed in her own skin and for me this is a big aim in life.
