If you’ve ever wanted to look radiant and glowing, then I’ve got exciting news for you: there’s no secret about how to! Those who always look fulfilled and joyful aren’t filled with anything special, but I bet they treat their bodies well.

And you should, too!

Each of us only has one body, so we should treat it like a temple. There are several ways you can do this.

Attitude

This is the number one thing you can do. Go into 2012 with the right attitude. Be positive. Think about problems and issues multiple ways before settling on one that upsets you. Resolve to be happy. I’m not contending that it’s all in your head, but your mind is, nonetheless, very powerful, and you should embrace that power to keep yourself glowing.

Massage

Treat your body right! Give it a well deserved therapeutic Massage that will leave your body feeling relaxed and uplifted. Massage will allow you to return to your daily life with renewed energy, ready to face the world in 2012.

Meditation

Meditation is a wonderful opportunity to look quietly within ourselves.

When we remove ourselves from the world of our normal everyday lives, the workings of the mind can be more easily seen. Identification with conceptual belief patterns can be released, revealing a Silence and Stillness that is full of love and peace, the Essence of our Being.

Good Foods

And last, but not least, be sure to give your body the Good Foods that it deserves. Try things that are less processed and that come, with as few steps as possible, from their sources. Look for natural colors and flavors and introduce fresh herbs and spices into your dishes.

As a personal trainer who's always loved her body, Sue Bary was tired of being classified as 'mildly obese' and wanted to help others experience Enjoyable Body Movement without being subject to the usual verbiage of weight loss and dieting. Thus, she created enarji, a personal training practice steeped in the Health at Every Size approach and attitude. To learn more about Sue, click here.
